We are proud to announce the launch of the Included VC Africa Fellowship — a fully funded, part-time Fellowship for the next generation of investors across the African continent and Diaspora.

Over the last five years, Included VC has helped more than 100 individuals secure paid investment roles in venture capital globally. Our Fellows have gone on to become fund managers, platform leads, ecosystem builders, and founders who have collectively raised more than $50 million.

Now, Included VC Africa is here — designed specifically for those building or transitioning into early-stage investing across Africa.

❓ WHAT IS INCLUDED VC AFRICA?

Included VC Africa is a part-time, fully funded Fellowship for individuals based in Africa or actively engaged in the continent’s investment ecosystem. This is for those who are serious about entering venture capital or related investment roles within the next 6 to 12 months.

The Fellowship is designed for people aiming to break into:

• VC investment teams
• DFIs and development finance
• LP decision-making
• Angel networks and syndicates
• Blended capital and debt investing
• Ecosystem and platform roles in capital allocation

Whether you’re sourcing deals, evaluating startups, or building toward a career in capital deployment, this Fellowship is designed to be your next step.

🌍 WHO SHOULD APPLY

This Fellowship is for individuals who:

• Are based on the African continent, or part of the Diaspora and actively involved in the African investment or startup ecosystem.
• Are seriously pursuing a career in early-stage investing this year
• Have not yet held a full-time paid role on a VC or DFI investment team
• Are able to commit 15–20 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
• Are prepared to write long-form work, attend live sessions, and contribute actively
• Have applied or are actively applying for roles in VC, DFI, or related sectors
